We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised service centre of any water purifier brand including Kent, Aquaguard, Pureit, Livpure, Blue Star, A.O. Smith, or Havells. All brand names are trademarks of their respective owners.

2. Service Scope

We provide third-party repair, installation, filter replacement, and annual maintenance services for RO water purifiers in Bangalore. Our services are available for all major brands but are independent of the manufacturer's warranty or authorised service network.

3. Pricing & Estimates

  • All prices displayed on this website are starting prices and indicative only. Final charges depend on the nature of the fault, parts required, and labour involved.
  • A detailed cost estimate will be provided by the technician before any repair work begins. No work will be carried out without your approval.
  • Visiting / inspection charges may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice on the website.

4. Warranty on Service

  • We provide a warranty on parts and labour for services performed by our technicians. Warranty period varies by service type and will be communicated at the time of service.
  • Warranty is void if the product is tampered with, misused, or damaged due to external factors (power surge, flooding, etc.) after our service.
  • Warranty covers only the specific component(s) repaired or replaced during the service visit.

5. Booking & Cancellation

  • Bookings can be made via phone call, WhatsApp, or the online form on our website.
  • We aim to schedule a technician visit within 2 hours of booking during operating hours (8 AM – 8 PM, Mon–Sun).
  • Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled visit to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule visits in case of technician unavailability or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rosupport365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
